I came in for an oil change and an alignment...After getting my truck back, the steering wheel still was not straight. I called back and scheduled to come back in today, they realigned it, and it's still not straight. The wheel is slightly to the left and if you hold it straight the car moves to the right. I also noticed the read out I got last week compared to the one today if you compare the ending report of last week and the starting report of this visit, they're not even close to the same. Why didn't I turn around and bring it right back, how can I trust it to be done right at this point. I live 50 minutes away and I'm in the middle of my work day which is a 40 minute ride also. I typically wait when I come in and it always seems like a bother that I do whenever I have more work than an oil change done.

I purchased a 2022 Trax in April, 2024. As soon as I walked through the door I was bombarded with pressure to purchase an extended warranty. I assume there’s a commission or stipend as the motivator for the Salvadore employees. I declined the warranty and was told by Brian Meola (spelling) that the extended warranty would cover everything except collision, oil changes and brakes. Because of this blatantly false information, I purchased the warranty. While having the vehicle serviced, I told the staff there was condensation in the rear light. I was told the $560.00 + tax was not covered because lights are not covered under the extended warranty that I was told would cover everything. I want to be reimbursed for the full amount of the extended warranty.

As always, the service department communicated from the time I scheduled appointment until the service was complete. They stated the service, and the software update would take 1:30-45, it was complete in a 1:15 and ready to go. They have been great for all our service needs.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication between the Sales Team and Service Department. Although I'm sure Alex was doing her absolute best, and following what I assume to be standard protocol, there seemed to be a disconnect in communication. I only had the vehicle for two weeks, under every warrantee, and there was still a considerable delay waiting for "authorization" for service and loaner. Several calls to the Sales Team, and it was resolved, however, for a correction that literally took less than an hour, the vehicle was there for several days. Ultimately, again, after a series of emails, the part was located at another local dealer, rather than waiting the 5-10 days to have one ordered.
