Accommodating and helpful as always

I was given great respect & print service. I appreciate the shuttle service that was greatly appreciated! The driver was very professional & polite! The worker @ the desk explained my service clearly & she was very patient @ professional.

The service department employees are great! The prices are not, $165 for a diesel engine oil change is a little steep. Also, my tire pressure was never checked. There was one tire that was 9 psi too low.

Rafael was helpful and understanding with a mix up with the Chevy App that did not go through. He accommodated my appointment and expedited the repair.

We have been doing business with the Salvatore dealership for about 30 years. This is the 4th Equinox ...the 1st one was a 2006 model. In the last 10 years we have purchased 6 vehicles. Our most recent purchase was satisfying as Ivo ILIEV was very helpful in keeping me updated on the delivery of the new Equinox. Also, was able to get the financing that fit our needs.... which Mike Shortsleeve was able to do. Thank you for your patience Mike....we appreciate that.
