I was in for scheduled oil change, tire rotation and 60,000 mile maintenance. Everyone, as usual, was terrific. The team decided I should change a couple of filters; they showed the (dirty!) ones to me, told me exactly how much each would cost, and asked if I wanted to go forward. Of course! I trust you guys to always give me good advice. Thanks!

Went in fir oil change turns out 3 recalls going to have to wait 3hrs no loaner we have bought 5-6 vehicles since 2022 and have had nothing but problems we will not be coming back to Salvador anymore. Loyal customers and we get shafted sold us a Trax engine needed to be replaced two months later then last all the screens brought it in they were telling us it couldn't be fixed they lied just wanted us to buy a new one cause they never offered us a loaner and my husband needed a vehicle ASAP . We bought o Chevy Colorado cost us more then what we wanted to spend and lost the the $3000 in equity we had in the truck we traded in they didn't want to work with us in any way, we came back to get the sticker and there was the Trax they said they could not fix on the lot fir sale. There way of fixing it was giving $100 credit . This place is the worst

I explained the issue with the transmission shifting , and the service desk suggested a few options and scheduled the appointment within two days ! Which fit my schedule , I got the truck back , test drive it , the issue was fixed. , it needed an update put into the system , well done !

Had a flat tire called roadside they came out changed it and dealer took me in the same day and fixed tire and swapped out my spare put everything back to way it was
