I was very disappointed with the lack of communication between the Sales Team and Service Department. Although I'm sure Alex was doing her absolute best, and following what I assume to be standard protocol, there seemed to be a disconnect in communication. I only had the vehicle for two weeks, under every warrantee, and there was still a considerable delay waiting for "authorization" for service and loaner. Several calls to the Sales Team, and it was resolved, however, for a correction that literally took less than an hour, the vehicle was there for several days. Ultimately, again, after a series of emails, the part was located at another local dealer, rather than waiting the 5-10 days to have one ordered.
