I did write a review on google :-) but to summarize everything up I had an amazing experience purchasing with Salvador’s. This dealership treated me as a customer and not a number. I been in the market of looking for a car for about 4-5 months and let’s just say I wish I came here first. The way I was treated and taken care of I will no longer go anywhere else and all my future business will be here! Including friends and family. Glenn and Jermaine deserve to be recognized for their A plus effort them alone is one of the major reasons why I will be back.

The service was easy and fast but I would have liked to interact more with the technical assistant to comment or clarify certain doubts about the vehicle but it was not possible because he seemed to be in a hurry. At the car inspection, the same thing happened when he handed it over to me, he quickly explained to me that everything worked well, the changes they made, and he gave me the key without the most personalized interaction. The car has an orange paint on the hood that I can't remove and I wanted to ask him about this but it wasn't possible also some doubts about the tires and other issues but the technician He did not give me the opportunity for such interaction, which I would have loved to be able to express.

The dealership I bought my car from in CT is nowhere near as ethical as you all at Salvadore Chevrolet. I've been bragging up my experience to almost everybody I know that lives locally. Specifically, Rich (service manager), Alex (service rep), Jamison and Lainey (both mechanics - one drove me home, the other drove me back to the service department). They've been responsible for making my time spent there pleasant and they have taken the time to care about my concerns. I have only good things to say about each of them.

Did not like the price of $111 plus dollars for an oil change. Too many extra additive costs applied to inflate the bill. Want to go to a chevy dealer, but may have to go to a local garage to eliminate the excessive added cost.

Told me tranny was bad (but how was it diagnosed?) and gave me a 9500 estimate. Two other mechanics disagreed....and we proceeded with a flush and filter change, oh, look, problem solved Also told oil lines were bad. Untrue. Oil pan plug needed to be tightened. Also told tranny lines needed work. Also untrue. Spoke to service manager and he said the other mechanics were wrong.....smh
