I brought in my vehicle with two issues: A check engine light and a microphone that wasn't detecting speech for hands-free features. The check engine light ended up being a serious issue with rodent damage which was repaired. The microphone was also replaced but the issue was not resolved. I will have to continue not being able to use the feature that I paid for when I purchased the vehicle until I am able to bring it in once more for repairs. Alex, the service liaison, did a great job keeping me informed of what was happening with my vehicle. She was very responsive and helpful.
