Ivo was absolutely fantastic and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience enjoyable and easy. I was a little disappointed in the detailing. My steering wheel had stickiness on it and my windows were all smudged. The inside was spotless and besides the windows the outside was beautiful. Overall I will definitely return to Salvadore, just a little disappointed with the detailing. Again, a huge thank you to Ivo for selling my husband and I a second vehicle.

The service department employees are great! The prices are not, $165 for a diesel engine oil change is a little steep. Also, my tire pressure was never checked. There was one tire that was 9 psi too low.

Rafael was helpful and understanding with a mix up with the Chevy App that did not go through. He accommodated my appointment and expedited the repair.

We have been doing business with the Salvatore dealership for about 30 years. This is the 4th Equinox ...the 1st one was a 2006 model. In the last 10 years we have purchased 6 vehicles. Our most recent purchase was satisfying as Ivo ILIEV was very helpful in keeping me updated on the delivery of the new Equinox. Also, was able to get the financing that fit our needs.... which Mike Shortsleeve was able to do. Thank you for your patience Mike....we appreciate that.
